During March I was able to visit another Sheffield Beavers group. We only had limited time, but I was able to read Billy's Submarine Adventure to them, introduce the characters and talk briefly about the book.

I wanted to leave some time for them to ask questions and also give them the opportunity to make up their own stories.

The evening was a huge success and the children really enjoyed drawing and writing about their own characters. I was very impressed with all their work and enthusiasm. Hopefully their efforts will be rewarded, as I'm sure these stories and illustrations will work well towards certain badges they may be aiming for in the near future.
