World Book Day 2019 is fast approaching and this year it will be held on March 7th.

I’m busy preparing for the many school visits I am trying to squash into that week, the week before and the week after. Because I also work part time, I need to fit all my visits around my job. So this is a very busy time for me.

In the UK, World Book Day is always held on the first Thursday in March, but in other parts of the world it is celebrated on the 23rd of April.

The theme is ‘Share a Story’ and I hope that everyone has a fun day, reading books and dressing up as their favourite story book characters. I look forward to sharing my stories with the children, introducing them to Billy and following him on some of his fun and sometimes rather wacky adventures.
